What a gem this little house is! Sure it could use a little updating as far as the kitchen countertops but I actually adore the wood cabinets. The floors might be a little blah but this house is totally functionanble. You can certainly tell by some of it's feautres that it was built in 1971 but this house seems solid. The back yard is shady and there is a seperate shed type storage building out there. Also includes a carport which is a nice feature. This home is about a little over 1,100 square feet, so it's roomy, without being too large. I think this one is a gem. You can see for yourself on Zillow here.
If you like small town living Pine Hill, Alabama might be a town for you. Incorperted in 1885 and located in the south western part of Alabama, Pine Hill has a lot to offer for a little town. Not far away is Roland Cooper State Park, Isacc Creek, Historical sites, hiking and more. You won't find any interstates in this city of less than a one thousand residents but you'll probably find some Southern Charm.
I'm not a real estate agent or affiliated with Zillow in any way. I just enjoy looking at houses and blogging. You can find us on Facebook so you never miss a post, just click here.
