Located on the historic Smith Island, which is the last inhabited offshore island group in Maryland and founded in the 17th century. This island does have passenger ferry service, but keep in mind all large items like automobiles and furniture will need to be barged over. While this might not be for everyone, it's a beautiful little island full of history and this is an adorable three bedroom, two bathroom home.
