Paducah, KY $69,900

I love the look of stone on a house and this little two bedroom, one bathroom is adorable! Located in Paducah, Kentucky this home is just under seventy thousand dollars coming in at $69,900. The roof is fairly new at only three years old, giving you some piece of mind. They call this a starter house but I think it would also be good for empty nesters, being all one level you can grow old safely in this home. Move in ready, this would make a good investment as a rental or it would be a great oppurtunity to stop paying rent and build some equity! The carpot and nice yard makes this a really nice find in my opinion. You can view this listing on Zillow here.

Fun fact, Paducah, KY was founded by Lewis and Clark's William Clark, that's pretty cool. Founded in 1827 Paducah sits right where the Ohio and Tennessee Rivers merge. If you like the outdoors this might be the perfect location for you. Take a stroll through the Shawnee National Forest or try your hand at fishing. Paducah is also known for it's crafts and folk art, so there's something for everyone.
